How to buy
Finding a good deal on Kareem Souq is mostly about searching well and checking carefully.
1. Search or browse
Type what you want in the search box, or open a category such as Autos, Property or Phones. Narrow the results with filters for price, city and details like year or size, and sort by newest or price.
2. Open the ad
Read the description and look at every photo. Check the seller's profile, how long they have been a member, and whether they are verified.
3. Save what you like
Tap the heart to save an ad. You can find saved ads again in Saved, and you can save a search to come back to it.
4. Contact the seller
Use Chat to message in the app, or WhatsApp or Call. Seller phone numbers and links are shown to signed-in members only. Ask for anything the ad does not say: condition, history, what is included, and when you can see it.
5. See it before you pay
Meet in a public place, inspect the item, and test it. For cars and property, check the papers. For a land parcel in Jordan you can compare the ad with the official record on the land lookup page (DLS).
Do not pay in advance for something you have not seen. Read the safety tips before you meet.
6. Something wrong?
Use the report option on the ad or the seller's profile, or Report a problem. If you simply have a question, the Help centre is the place to start.
كيف تشتري
إيجاد صفقة جيدة على سوق كريم يعتمد في معظمه على إتقان البحث ودقة الفحص.
1. ابحث أو تصفّح
اكتب ما تريد في مربع البحث، أو افتح قسماً مثل السيارات أو العقارات أو الهواتف. ضيّق النتائج بمرشّحات السعر والمدينة وتفاصيل مثل السنة أو المساحة، ورتّبها حسب الأحدث أو السعر.
2. افتح الإعلان
اقرأ الوصف وتأمّل كل الصور. واطّلع على ملف البائع، ومنذ متى هو عضو، وهل هو موثّق.
3. احفظ ما يعجبك
اضغط على القلب لحفظ الإعلان. ستجد الإعلانات المحفوظة في المحفوظات، ويمكنك أيضاً حفظ عملية بحث للعودة إليها.
4. تواصل مع البائع
استخدم المحادثة للمراسلة داخل التطبيق، أو واتساب أو الاتصال. وأرقام هواتف البائعين وروابطهم لا تظهر إلا للأعضاء المسجّلين. اسأل عن كل ما لا يذكره الإعلان: الحالة والتاريخ وما يشمله البيع ومتى يمكنك المعاينة.
5. شاهدها قبل أن تدفع
التقِ في مكان عام وافحص السلعة وجرّبها. وفي السيارات والعقارات تحقّق من الأوراق. وبالنسبة لقطعة أرض في الأردن يمكنك مقارنة الإعلان بالسجل الرسمي في صفحة البحث عن الأراضي (DLS).
لا تدفع مقدّماً مقابل شيء لم تره. واقرأ نصائح الأمان قبل أن تلتقي.
6. هل هناك ما يريب؟
استخدم خيار الإبلاغ في الإعلان أو في ملف البائع، أو الإبلاغ عن مشكلة. وإن كان لديك سؤال فقط فابدأ من مركز المساعدة.
