Who operates Kareem Souq
Kareem Souq is operated by MaxLevels, a company established in Jordan, which is the entity that contracts with you and controls your personal information.

1. This agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Kareem Souq. They apply whenever you use the Kareem Souq website or app, whether or not you have an account.
If you do not accept them, do not use Kareem Souq.
They apply in all ten countries we operate in: Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon and Iraq. The country section at the end says which law governs your agreement with us and which courts hear a dispute. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the consumer law of your country gives you and does not allow to be given up.
Our privacy policy is part of this agreement.
2. What Kareem Souq is — and what it is not
Kareem Souq is a place where people and businesses advertise things and find each other. We provide the venue.
We are not a party to any deal made here. We do not own, inspect, hold, deliver, insure or guarantee anything advertised. When you buy from or sell to another member, the contract is between the two of you. We are not your agent, not a broker, not an escrow service and not a guarantor.
We do not verify that a listing is accurate. We review listings before they go public — see section 7 — but that review is about whether a listing is allowed, not about whether it is true. A verified badge means we checked an identity document. It does not mean we vouch for the person.
Meet in public, inspect before you pay, and do not send money to someone you have not met for something you have not seen.
3. Who may use Kareem Souq
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be using the service on behalf of somebody who has been suspended.
If you use Kareem Souq for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and you must comply with the trading and licensing rules of your country — including publishing whatever registration your country requires a trader to publish.
4. Your account
Your phone number is your account. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to it, so whoever controls that phone number can reach your account. Keep it secure, and tell us at once if you lose control of it.
One person, one account. Do not create additional accounts to get around a limit, a suspension, or a country restriction, and do not disguise which country you are in.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may close your account at any time. Section 19 says what happens when you do.
5. What you publish
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to host it, show it, resize it, and include it where the product needs to — search results, category pages, and communications about your own listing. That permission lasts while the content is on Kareem Souq and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups. It is not exclusive and we do not sell your content to anybody.
You promise that what you publish is yours to publish, is accurate, and does not break the law of your country or these terms. You promise you have the right to use every photograph you upload — including the right to publish any person appearing in it.
6. Listing rules
- One item, one listing. Do not post the same thing repeatedly to stay at the top.
- Advertise the actual item. Real photographs of the real thing. Not a catalogue picture standing in for goods you do not have.
- State a real price, in the currency of the market you post in.
- Post in the right category and the right country.
- Do not put contact details in the photographs or the description to get around the contact step. Contact details are exchanged through the product.
- Say if you are a dealer or an agent. Trading as a business while presenting as a private seller misleads buyers and is not allowed.
7. Review, and what we can do about a listing
Listings are reviewed by a person before they become public. A submitted listing waits in a queue; a moderator approves it or rejects it, and a rejection carries a reason. You can fix the problem and submit again.
To change a published listing, you propose an edit. The edit is reviewed the same way, and the listing stays live and unchanged until the edit is approved.
After a listing is public, we may:
- Pause it. The listing comes off the site with a recorded reason. You can put it back yourself — a pause is a signal, not a punishment.
- Unpublish it. The listing returns to review and cannot go live again until a moderator approves it. This is the stronger action and it is used for the serious cases.
Both are recorded with the reason, the moderator and the time. We will tell you which was done and why. If you think a decision is wrong, contact us and ask for it to be looked at again by someone else.
We may also limit how many listings you can have live at once.
8. What may not be published or done
Do not advertise, offer or ask for:
- Anything illegal in the country you are posting in.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their parts.
- Drugs, controlled substances, and equipment for using them.
- Medicines, medical devices and treatments requiring a licence you do not hold.
- Live animals where your country prohibits their sale, and any protected or endangered species.
- Human remains, organs, blood or tissue.
- Counterfeit goods, and anything infringing somebody's trade mark or copyright.
- Stolen goods.
- Government documents, identity documents, licences, certificates, qualifications, visas and residency papers.
- Currency, financial instruments, investment schemes, lending, or anything requiring a financial licence you do not hold.
- Adult material, escort or companionship services, and anything sexual.
- Tobacco, vaping products and alcohol where your country prohibits their sale.
- Personal data or contact lists belonging to other people.
- Accounts, followers, reviews, or anything that fakes reputation — including your own reputation on Kareem Souq.
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, and offers whose real product is recruitment.
And do not:
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse anybody, or attack them on the basis of religion, nationality, origin, gender or disability.
- Impersonate anybody, including Kareem Souq.
- Post material that is obscene, or that is prohibited from publication where you are.
- Scrape, copy or bulk-collect listings or member data, or use bots, or take measures to hide who you are or where you are.
- Interfere with the service, test its security without permission, or try to reach data you are not entitled to.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages to other members.
9. Contacting other members
Contact details are exchanged through the product, and the moment they are revealed is recorded. Use them for the deal you are contacting about — not for marketing, not for anything else, and not to pass them to anybody.
Do not use another member's phone number or address for a purpose they did not offer it for. Doing so breaks these terms and, in most of our markets, breaks the data protection law as well.
10. Identity verification
Some parts of Kareem Souq require verified identity. If you verify, you must give documents that are genuine, current, and yours. Submitting somebody else's documents, or altered documents, ends your account.
Verification tells other members that we checked a document. It is not our opinion of anybody's honesty and it is not a recommendation.
11. Paid services
You can pay to promote a listing or to buy a plan. Before you pay, we show you what you are buying, what it costs, and how long it lasts.
- Prices are in the currency of your market and include any tax we are required to charge.
- A promotion starts when it is approved and runs for the stated period. If a listing is removed for breaking these terms, the promotion is not refunded.
- If we fail to deliver what you paid for, tell us and we will refund it.
- We may refund an order ourselves where something has gone wrong. Every refund is recorded with who made it and why.
- Promotions affect where a listing appears. They do not affect whether it is approved, and they buy no advantage in review.
12. Jobs
If you post a vacancy, it must be a real vacancy at a real employer. Never ask a candidate for money, for a payment to be considered, or for bank or card details. Do not ask for information you do not need, and use what you receive only to fill the job you posted.
When you post a vacancy you choose how applications reach you: through Kareem Souq, or at a WhatsApp number or email address you type in yourself. That address is shown to candidates, and it is the one they use. A candidate never gets your personal number from us, and you never get theirs — a vacancy is applied to, not negotiated over.
If you apply for a job, what you send must be true. A CV goes to the employer you send it to and nowhere else.
13. Kareem Marriage
Kareem Marriage is optional and separate, and these additional terms apply.
- You must be 18 or older. No exceptions.
- One profile per person. It must be you, with your own photographs.
- You cannot change your gender selection afterwards, because it decides who can see you.
- A pass is permanent and private. The person you passed is never told, and cannot find out.
- A match creates a private conversation, and either of you can unmatch and end it.
- Do not use it to sell anything, to recruit, or to reach people for any purpose other than seeking marriage.
- Treat people with respect. Harassment ends your access to Kareem Marriage and may end your account.
- We may remove a profile or a photograph that breaks these rules, and a moderator reviews photographs before they can be seen.
14. Ride Together
Ride Together lets members travelling the same way share a journey and share its cost.
- It is cost-sharing, not a taxi service. What you may ask of passengers is a share of the running cost of a journey you were making anyway. Do not use it to operate a commercial transport business, and do not use it in a way that requires a licence you do not hold.
- You must hold a valid licence and valid insurance covering the journey and everyone in the vehicle, and the vehicle must be roadworthy and legally registered.
- Your vehicle is reviewed before your offer can be published. The details you give must match the vehicle.
- We do not vet drivers or passengers beyond what is described here, and we are not responsible for what happens on a journey. Use your judgement.
15. Souq Community and the Business Network
What you post publicly can be seen by other members in your country. Everything in section 8 applies here too.
Moderators may remove a post, a comment or a story, or restrict an account, with a recorded reason — whether or not anybody reported it. If your content is removed you will be told which and why, and you may ask for it to be looked at again.
In the Business Network, what you say about your business must be true: your trade, your terms, your capacity and your credentials.
16. Reporting and enforcement
You can report a listing, a member, a message or a post. Reports are read by a person. You can block a member, which stops them contacting you.
Do not report falsely or in volume to damage a competitor. That is itself a breach.
Where we act on a report, we record what was decided, by whom, when, and why.
17. What we may do if you break these terms
Depending on what happened, we may: remove content, pause or unpublish a listing, limit a feature, suspend your account, or close it.
A suspension carries a recorded reason and we will tell you what it is. If you think it is wrong, contact us and ask for it to be reviewed. Where the breach is serious — fraud, another person's identity documents, threats to somebody's safety — we may act immediately and without warning, and we may report it to the authorities.
We do not refund paid services on an account closed for breaking these terms.
18. Our intellectual property
The Kareem Souq name, logo, design and software are ours. These terms give you permission to use the service; they give you nothing else. Do not copy the product, reverse-engineer it, or use our name or logo without written permission.
If you think something here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page with enough detail to find it, and we will act.
19. Ending this agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement by closing your account under section 17, or by giving you reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.
When your account closes, your listings come down and your access ends. Section 7 of the privacy policy says what happens to your information. Anything that by its nature should survive — what you owe, what you promised in section 5, the limits in sections 20 and 21 — survives.
20. What we do not promise
We provide Kareem Souq as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular moment, and we may change or withdraw features.
We do not promise anything about other members: that a listing is accurate, that a seller will deliver, that a buyer will pay, that an employer's vacancy is real, or that anyone is who they say. We review, we moderate, and we act on reports — none of that is a guarantee.
21. Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits liability that the law of your country does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that: we are not liable for a deal between members, for anything a member does or fails to do, for lost profit, lost business, lost data, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you for everything arising in any twelve-month period is limited to whatever you paid us in that period, or the equivalent of 100 US dollars in your currency, whichever is greater.
22. If you cause us a loss
If somebody makes a claim against us because of what you published or did on Kareem Souq, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover what that costs us, including reasonable legal costs.
23. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we publish a new version and change the version date. Where a change is significant, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version — we record which version you accepted and when, so that what you agreed to cannot be quietly rewritten afterwards.
If you do not accept a new version, close your account. Continuing to use Kareem Souq after a change means you accept it.
24. Other terms
If a part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given it up.
You may not transfer your rights under this agreement. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the service, and you will be told if that happens.
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Kareem Souq.
Where an Arabic and an English version of these terms differ, the Arabic version governs.

Country section — Qatar
You are reading the Qatar version of this document. Every country Kareem Souq operates in has its own section; the text above it is the same in all of them.
Governing law: your agreement with Kareem Souq is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Courts: the competent courts of Doha. This does not stop you using any route your country's consumer law gives you.
Consumer and commerce law that applies: Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions and Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.
If you deal with us from within the Qatar Financial Centre, the QFC has its own data-protection regulations, and where they apply to you they apply in addition to what is written here.

1. هذا الاتفاق
هذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين «سوق كريم». وتنطبق كلما استخدمت موقع سوق كريم أو تطبيقه، سواء كان لديك حساب أم لا.
وإن لم تقبلها فلا تستخدم سوق كريم.
وهي تنطبق في الدول العشر التي نعمل فيها: الأردن، والإمارات العربية المتحدة، والسعودية، ومصر، والكويت، والبحرين، وقطر، وعُمان، ولبنان، والعراق. ويبيّن قسم الدولة في آخر هذه الوثيقة أي قانون يحكم اتفاقك معنا وأي محاكم تنظر في النزاع. ولا يسقط أي شيء في هذه الشروط حقاً يمنحك إياه قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك ولا يجيز التنازل عنه.
وسياسة الخصوصية لدينا جزء من هذا الاتفاق.
2. ما هو سوق كريم — وما ليس هو
سوق كريم مكان يعلن فيه الأفراد والشركات عن أشياء ويجد بعضهم بعضاً. نحن نوفّر المكان.
ولسنا طرفاً في أي صفقة تُبرَم هنا. فنحن لا نملك ولا نفحص ولا نحوز ولا نوصّل ولا نؤمّن ولا نضمن أي شيء مُعلَن عنه. وحين تشتري من عضو آخر أو تبيع له، فالعقد بينكما أنتما. ولسنا وكيلك، ولا وسيطاً، ولا جهة ضمان، ولا كفيلاً.
ولا نتحقّق من صحة الإعلان. نحن نراجع الإعلانات قبل نشرها — انظر البند 7 — لكن تلك المراجعة تتعلق بما إذا كان الإعلان مسموحاً به، لا بما إذا كان صادقاً. وعلامة التوثيق تعني أننا فحصنا وثيقة هوية. ولا تعني أننا نضمن الشخص.
التقِ في مكان عام، وافحص قبل أن تدفع، ولا ترسل مالاً لشخص لم تقابله مقابل شيء لم تره.
3. من يجوز له استخدام سوق كريم
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً. ويجب أن تكون أهلاً قانوناً لإبرام عقد. ويجب ألا تكون تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن شخص جرى تعليق حسابه.
وإذا استخدمت سوق كريم لأغراض تجارية، فأنت تقرّ بأنك مخوّل بإلزام تلك الجهة، وعليك الالتزام بقواعد التجارة والترخيص في بلدك — بما في ذلك نشر ما يُلزم قانون بلدك التاجرَ بنشره من بيانات تسجيل.
4. حسابك
رقم هاتفك هو حسابك. ونسجّل دخولك برمز لمرة واحدة يُرسَل إليه، ولذلك فمن يسيطر على رقم الهاتف يستطيع الوصول إلى حسابك. فحافظ عليه، وأخبرنا فوراً إن فقدت السيطرة عليه.
شخص واحد، حساب واحد. لا تُنشئ حسابات إضافية لتجاوز حدّ أو تعليق أو قيد جغرافي، ولا تُخفِ الدولة التي أنت فيها.
وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري تحت حسابك.
ويمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. والبند 19 يبيّن ما يحدث حينها.
5. ما تنشره
تبقى ملكية ما تنشره لك. وبنشره تمنحنا إذناً باستضافته وعرضه وتغيير مقاسه وإدراجه حيث يحتاج المنتج إلى ذلك — نتائج البحث، وصفحات الأقسام، والمراسلات المتعلقة بإعلانك أنت. ويستمر هذا الإذن ما دام المحتوى على سوق كريم ولمدة معقولة بعده في النسخ الاحتياطية. وهو إذن غير حصري، ونحن لا نبيع محتواك لأحد.
وأنت تقرّ بأن ما تنشره من حقك نشره، وأنه صحيح، وأنه لا يخالف قانون بلدك ولا هذه الشروط. وتقرّ بأن لديك الحق في استخدام كل صورة ترفعها — بما في ذلك حق نشر أي شخص يظهر فيها.
6. قواعد الإعلان
- سلعة واحدة، إعلان واحد. لا تنشر الشيء نفسه مراراً لتبقى في الأعلى.
- أعلن عن السلعة الفعلية. صور حقيقية للشيء الحقيقي. لا صورة من كتالوج تنوب عن بضاعة لا تملكها.
- اذكر سعراً حقيقياً، بعملة السوق الذي تنشر فيه.
- انشر في القسم الصحيح والدولة الصحيحة.
- لا تضع بيانات التواصل في الصور أو الوصف للالتفاف على خطوة التواصل. فبيانات التواصل تُتبادل عبر المنتج.
- صرّح إن كنت تاجراً أو وكيلاً. فالمتاجرة بصفة تجارية مع الظهور بمظهر البائع الفرد تضلّل المشترين وغير مسموح بها.
7. المراجعة، وما يمكننا فعله بالإعلان
تُراجَع الإعلانات من قِبل إنسان قبل أن تصبح علنية. فالإعلان المُرسَل ينتظر في طابور؛ ويوافق عليه مشرف أو يرفضه، والرفض يحمل سبباً. ويمكنك إصلاح المشكلة وإعادة الإرسال.
ولتغيير إعلان منشور، تقترح تعديلاً. ويُراجَع التعديل بالطريقة نفسها، ويبقى الإعلان منشوراً دون تغيير حتى يُعتمَد التعديل.
وبعد نشر الإعلان، يجوز لنا:
- إيقافه مؤقتاً. يُرفَع الإعلان عن الموقع مع تسجيل السبب. ويمكنك إعادته بنفسك — فالإيقاف المؤقت إشارة لا عقوبة.
- إلغاء نشره. يعود الإعلان إلى المراجعة ولا يمكن نشره ثانيةً حتى يوافق مشرف. وهذا هو الإجراء الأشد ويُستخدم في الحالات الجسيمة.
وكلاهما يُسجَّل مع السبب والمشرف والوقت. وسنخبرك بأيّهما اتُّخذ ولماذا. وإن رأيت أن القرار خاطئ فتواصل معنا واطلب أن يعيد النظر فيه شخص آخر.
ويجوز لنا كذلك تحديد عدد الإعلانات المنشورة لديك في وقت واحد.
8. ما لا يجوز نشره أو فعله
لا تعلن عن، ولا تعرض، ولا تطلب:
- أي شيء غير قانوني في الدولة التي تنشر فيها.
- الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات وأجزاءها.
- المخدرات والمواد الخاضعة للرقابة وأدوات تعاطيها.
- الأدوية والأجهزة الطبية والعلاجات التي تتطلب ترخيصاً لا تحمله.
- الحيوانات الحية حيث تحظر دولتك بيعها، وأي نوع محمي أو مهدَّد بالانقراض.
- رفات البشر أو الأعضاء أو الدم أو الأنسجة.
- البضائع المقلَّدة، وكل ما يتعدّى على علامة تجارية أو حق مؤلف.
- المسروقات.
- الوثائق الحكومية، ووثائق الهوية، والرخص، والشهادات، والمؤهلات، والتأشيرات، وأوراق الإقامة.
- العملات والأدوات المالية وبرامج الاستثمار والإقراض، وكل ما يتطلب ترخيصاً مالياً لا تحمله.
- المواد الإباحية وخدمات المرافقة وكل ما هو جنسي.
- التبغ ومنتجات التدخين الإلكتروني والكحول حيث تحظر دولتك بيعها.
- البيانات الشخصية أو قوائم جهات الاتصال العائدة لأشخاص آخرين.
- الحسابات والمتابعين والتقييمات وكل ما يزوّر السمعة — بما في ذلك سمعتك أنت على سوق كريم.
- التسويق الشبكي والمخططات الهرمية والعروض التي منتجها الحقيقي هو التجنيد.
ولا تفعل ما يلي:
- التحرّش بأحد أو تهديده أو التشهير به أو الإساءة إليه، أو مهاجمته على أساس الدين أو الجنسية أو الأصل أو الجنس أو الإعاقة.
- انتحال شخصية أحد، بما في ذلك سوق كريم.
- نشر مواد فاحشة أو ممنوعة من النشر حيث أنت.
- كشط الإعلانات أو بيانات الأعضاء أو نسخها أو جمعها بالجملة، أو استخدام برامج آلية، أو اتخاذ تدابير لإخفاء هويتك أو موقعك.
- التشويش على الخدمة، أو اختبار أمانها دون إذن، أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات لا يحق لك الوصول إليها.
- إرسال رسائل تجارية غير مطلوبة إلى أعضاء آخرين.
9. التواصل مع الأعضاء الآخرين
تُتبادل بيانات التواصل عبر المنتج، ولحظة كشفها مسجَّلة. استخدمها للصفقة التي تواصلت بشأنها — لا للتسويق، ولا لأي غرض آخر، ولا لتمريرها إلى أي أحد.
ولا تستخدم رقم عضو آخر أو عنوانه لغرض لم يقدّمه من أجله. فذلك يخالف هذه الشروط، ويخالف في معظم أسواقنا قانون حماية البيانات أيضاً.
10. توثيق الهوية
تتطلب بعض أجزاء سوق كريم هوية موثَّقة. وإذا وثّقت، فعليك تقديم وثائق أصلية وسارية وعائدة لك. وتقديم وثائق شخص آخر أو وثائق معدَّلة يُنهي حسابك.
والتوثيق يخبر الأعضاء الآخرين أننا فحصنا وثيقة. وهو ليس رأياً منا في نزاهة أحد وليس توصية.
11. الخدمات المدفوعة
يمكنك الدفع لترويج إعلان أو لشراء باقة. وقبل الدفع نعرض عليك ما تشتريه وكم يكلّف وكم يستمر.
- الأسعار بعملة سوقك وتشمل أي ضريبة نُلزَم بتحصيلها.
- يبدأ الترويج عند اعتماده ويستمر للمدة المذكورة. وإذا أُزيل الإعلان لمخالفته هذه الشروط فلا يُردّ مقابل الترويج.
- وإذا أخفقنا في تقديم ما دفعتَ مقابله فأخبرنا وسنردّ المبلغ.
- ويجوز لنا ردّ مبلغ طلبٍ من تلقاء أنفسنا حين يقع خلل. وكل ردّ مبلغ مسجَّل مع من قام به ولماذا.
- ويؤثر الترويج في موضع ظهور الإعلان. ولا يؤثر في اعتماده، ولا يشتري أي أفضلية في المراجعة.
12. الوظائف
إذا نشرت وظيفة فيجب أن تكون وظيفة حقيقية لدى صاحب عمل حقيقي. ولا تطلب من المتقدّم مالاً أبداً، ولا دفعةً مقابل النظر في طلبه، ولا بيانات مصرفية أو بطاقة. ولا تطلب معلومات لا تحتاجها، ولا تستخدم ما تستلمه إلا لشغل الوظيفة التي نشرتها.
وعند نشرك وظيفة تختار كيف تصلك الطلبات: عبر سوق كريم، أو على رقم واتساب أو بريد إلكتروني تكتبه أنت. ويُعرَض ذلك العنوان على المتقدّمين وهو ما يستخدمونه. ولا يحصل المتقدّم على رقمك الشخصي منّا أبداً، ولا تحصل أنت على رقمه — فالوظيفة يُتقدَّم إليها ولا يُساوَم عليها.
وإذا تقدّمت لوظيفة فيجب أن يكون ما ترسله صحيحاً. والسيرة الذاتية تذهب إلى صاحب العمل الذي أرسلتها إليه ولا تذهب إلى غيره.
13. زواج كريم
زواج كريم خدمة اختيارية ومنفصلة، وتنطبق عليها هذه الشروط الإضافية.
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً فأكثر. دون استثناء.
- ملف واحد لكل شخص. ويجب أن يكون أنت، وبصورك أنت.
- ولا يمكنك تغيير اختيار الجنس لاحقاً، لأنه يحدّد من يستطيع رؤيتك.
- والتجاوز دائم وخاص. فالشخص الذي تجاوزته لا يُبلَّغ ولا يستطيع معرفة ذلك.
- والمطابقة تُنشئ محادثة خاصة، ولأيٍّ منكما إلغاء المطابقة وإنهاؤها.
- ولا تستخدمها لبيع أي شيء، ولا للتجنيد، ولا للوصول إلى أشخاص لغرض غير السعي للزواج.
- عامل الناس باحترام. فالتحرّش يُنهي وصولك إلى زواج كريم وقد يُنهي حسابك.
- ويجوز لنا إزالة ملف أو صورة تخالف هذه القواعد، ويراجع مشرف الصور قبل أن يمكن رؤيتها.
14. التنقّل المشترك
يتيح التنقّل المشترك للأعضاء المتّجهين في الاتجاه نفسه أن يتشاركوا الرحلة ويتقاسموا كلفتها.
- وهو تقاسم للتكلفة لا خدمة أجرة. فما يجوز أن تطلبه من الركّاب هو حصة من الكلفة التشغيلية لرحلة كنت ستقوم بها أصلاً. ولا تستخدمه لتشغيل نشاط نقل تجاري، ولا تستخدمه على نحو يتطلب ترخيصاً لا تحمله.
- ويجب أن تحمل رخصةً سارية وتأميناً سارياً يغطّي الرحلة وكل من في المركبة، وأن تكون المركبة صالحة للسير ومسجَّلة قانوناً.
- وتُراجَع مركبتك قبل أن يمكن نشر عرضك. ويجب أن تطابق البيانات التي تقدّمها المركبة.
- ولا نفحص السائقين ولا الركّاب أبعد مما هو موصوف هنا، ولسنا مسؤولين عمّا يقع في الرحلة. فاستخدم تقديرك.
15. مجتمع السوق وشبكة الأعمال
ما تنشره علناً يمكن أن يراه الأعضاء الآخرون في دولتك. وكل ما في البند 8 ينطبق هنا أيضاً.
ويجوز للمشرفين إزالة منشور أو تعليق أو قصة، أو تقييد حساب، مع تسجيل السبب — سواء أبلَغَ أحد أم لا. وإذا أُزيل محتواك فستُخبَر بأيّه ولماذا، ويمكنك طلب إعادة النظر.
وفي شبكة الأعمال، يجب أن يكون ما تقوله عن نشاطك صحيحاً: مجال عملك، وشروطك، وطاقتك، ومؤهلاتك.
16. البلاغات والإنفاذ
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن إعلان أو عضو أو رسالة أو منشور. ويقرأ البلاغاتِ إنسان. ويمكنك حظر عضو فيتوقف عن التواصل معك.
ولا تُبلِّغ كذباً أو بكثافة للإضرار بمنافس. فذلك بحد ذاته مخالفة.
وحيثما تصرّفنا بناءً على بلاغ، سجّلنا ما تقرّر، ومن قرّره، ومتى، ولماذا.
17. ما قد نفعله إن خالفت هذه الشروط
بحسب ما وقع، قد: نزيل محتوى، أو نوقف إعلاناً مؤقتاً أو نلغي نشره، أو نقيّد ميزة، أو نعلّق حسابك، أو نغلقه.
والتعليق يحمل سبباً مسجَّلاً وسنخبرك به. وإن رأيته خاطئاً فتواصل معنا واطلب مراجعته. وحيث تكون المخالفة جسيمة — احتيال، أو وثائق هوية شخص آخر، أو تهديد لسلامة أحد — فقد نتصرّف فوراً ودون إنذار، وقد نبلّغ السلطات.
ولا نردّ مقابل الخدمات المدفوعة على حساب أُغلق لمخالفة هذه الشروط.
18. ملكيتنا الفكرية
اسم سوق كريم وشعاره وتصميمه وبرمجياته ملك لنا. وهذه الشروط تمنحك إذناً باستخدام الخدمة؛ ولا تمنحك شيئاً سوى ذلك. فلا تنسخ المنتج، ولا تُجري عليه هندسة عكسية، ولا تستخدم اسمنا أو شعارنا دون إذن كتابي.
وإن رأيت أن شيئاً هنا يتعدّى على حقوقك، فأخبرنا عبر صفحة التواصل بتفصيل يكفي للعثور عليه، وسنتصرّف.
19. إنهاء هذا الاتفاق
يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. ويمكننا إنهاء هذا الاتفاق بإغلاق حسابك بموجب البند 17، أو بإشعارك إشعاراً معقولاً إن أوقفنا تقديم الخدمة.
وعند إغلاق حسابك تُرفع إعلاناتك وينتهي وصولك. والبند 7 من سياسة الخصوصية يبيّن ما يحدث لمعلوماتك. ويبقى نافذاً كل ما يقتضي طبعُه البقاء — ما عليك من مستحقات، وما أقررت به في البند 5، والحدود الواردة في البندين 20 و21.
20. ما لا نَعِد به
نقدّم سوق كريم كما هو. ولا نَعِد بأن يكون دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء أو متاحاً في لحظة بعينها، وقد نغيّر ميزات أو نسحبها.
ولا نَعِد بشيء عن الأعضاء الآخرين: لا بأن الإعلان صحيح، ولا بأن البائع سيسلّم، ولا بأن المشتري سيدفع، ولا بأن وظيفة صاحب العمل حقيقية، ولا بأن أحداً هو من يقول إنه هو. نحن نراجع ونُشرف ونتصرّف بناءً على البلاغات — ولا شيء من ذلك ضمان.
21. حدود مسؤوليتنا
لا شيء هنا يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجيز قانون بلدك الحدّ منها، بما في ذلك المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، أو عن الاحتيال.
ومع مراعاة ذلك: لسنا مسؤولين عن صفقة بين أعضاء، ولا عمّا يفعله عضو أو يمتنع عن فعله، ولا عن ربح فائت أو عمل فائت أو بيانات مفقودة، ولا عن خسائر لم تكن نتيجة متوقعة لإخلالنا.
وحيث نكون مسؤولين، تكون مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن كل ما ينشأ في أي فترة اثني عشر شهراً محدودةً بما دفعته لنا في تلك الفترة، أو ما يعادل مئة دولار أمريكي بعملتك، أيهما أكبر.
22. إن تسبّبت لنا في خسارة
إذا رفع أحد دعوى ضدّنا بسبب ما نشرته أو فعلته على سوق كريم، أو بسبب مخالفتك هذه الشروط أو القانون، فستتحمّل ما يكلّفنا ذلك، بما في ذلك أتعاب قانونية معقولة.
23. التغييرات
يجوز لنا تغيير هذه الشروط. وحين نفعل ننشر إصداراً جديداً ونغيّر تاريخ الإصدار. وحيث يكون التغيير جوهرياً سنخبرك ونطلب منك قبول الإصدار الجديد — ونحن نسجّل أي إصدار قبلتَ ومتى، حتى لا يمكن أن يُعاد كتابة ما وافقت عليه لاحقاً في صمت.
وإن لم تقبل إصداراً جديداً فأغلق حسابك. واستمرارك في استخدام سوق كريم بعد التغيير يعني قبولك له.
24. أحكام أخرى
إذا تعذّر إنفاذ جزء من هذا الاتفاق، بقي الباقي نافذاً.
وإن لم نُنفّذ حكماً فوراً فذلك ليس تنازلاً عنه.
ولا يجوز لك نقل حقوقك بموجب هذا الاتفاق. ويجوز لنا نقل حقوقنا إلى شركة تتولّى الخدمة، وستُخبَر إن حدث ذلك.
وهذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية هما كامل الاتفاق بيننا بشأن سوق كريم.
وحيثما اختلفت النسخة العربية عن النسخة الإنجليزية من هذه الشروط، فالعبرة بالنسخة العربية.

قسم الدولة — قطر
أنت تقرأ نسخة قطر من هذه الوثيقة. ولكل دولة يعمل فيها سوق كريم قسمُها الخاص، والنص الذي يعلوه واحد في جميع الدول.
القانون الحاكم: يخضع اتفاقك مع سوق كريم لـقوانين دولة قطر.
المحاكم المختصة: المحاكم المختصة في الدوحة. ولا يمنعك هذا من اللجوء إلى أي جهة يمنحك قانون حماية المستهلك في بلدك حق اللجوء إليها.
قانون التجارة والمستهلك المنطبق: القانون رقم 16 لسنة 2010 بشأن التجارة والمعاملات الإلكترونية والقانون رقم 8 لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك.
